I'm curious how my eBay seller colleagues approach shipping. I've been offering free shipping on all lots, which gets flagged by eBay (a promotional benefit) and eases the burden of trying to customize postage to each individual lot, but of course is a significant expense. Has anyone noticed a drop in realizations if they start charging for postage? As a bidder, I always take postage charges into account so perhaps it doesn't impact the bottom line in the end.
